DIFFERENT DIFFERENT WAYS TO EAT POTATO

I remember one time wey one of my friend invite me to im baiday party, and na dia I see one special way wey you fit cook potato. Dem dey call am baked potato. De way dem dey make am na to wash de potato with de skin and just bake am like dat. When ee don, you use knife cut am open to make one long deep hole inside.

And you fit put anytin wey you like inside like cheese, bacon wey dem cut to small pieces, lettuce, cream or wetin dem dey call ranch for hia, ground beef, butter. You need to put dis tins when de potato still dey hot so dat everytin go melt inside and mix well with de potato.

Den you go come use ya spoon dey jolificate de tin. And make I tell you dis one, de tin dey sweet well well oo! Infact I go round two dat day. I really enjoy am. I don even try to make am several time for my oven and ee dey always come out perfect. Ee dey very easy to make.

Baked potato na just one way wey dem dey cook potato for hia. Infact de first way wey I see as dem dey cook potato na wetin dem dey call mashed potato.  De way I hia say dem dey make am na to boil potato, den come blend am to form paste. And den you go add salt, butter and sometimes milk. You fit add oda tins wey you like inside. I don try am plenty times, and depending on how dem make am, ee dey usually dey good. You fit pour wetin dem dey call gravy for ontop of de mashed potato to give am beta tatse.

Anoda way to cook potato na potato salad. I no know how dem dey make dis one. But wetin I notice na say de tin dey like salad. You go see pieces of boiled potato and everytin wey dem dey take make salad. And de food dey taste good too.

And den oda way na french fries. You slice am to long pieces and fry am. Why dem add french to de name, me I no know oo! You go find french fries for all fast food place. Potato wedges  na anoda type of french fries wey dem dey fry with de skin, and ee dey usually big pass normal fries.

I don see de one dem dey call potato soup. I neva try dat one before. Dos wey don try am say ee no too dey good. De tin just like akamu with green vegetable inside.

One interesting tin about yankee people na say dem sabi experiment with food. Na so dem go dey invent new ways to cook one particular food stuff. I dey very sure say dem get oda ways wey dem dey cook potato wey I neva see. I like to try new tins, and when I see new ways to cook potato, I go like try am.
