You no go know how lucky you dey until you lose sometin wey dey like common tin to you. For here, if I decide to baff hot wata five times everyday, I fit do am. I no go even worry about if wata heater dey work or if wata dey run for my tap. All I need to do na to turn my hot wata tap and de shower go supply me with hot wata.
I no even fit remember de last time wey I baff with cold wata. Well..., I remember! Ee happen day before yesterday. I discover say my apartment wata heater no dey work. I need to baff, I don dey go late and so I no get enough time to boil wata for electric stove.
Omo mehn..., to pour de cold wata for my body no been dey easy at all. Na so I try to pour de wata for my body small small. And na so I dey withdraw my sef like say de tin dey shock me. See me way dey baff cold wata for Naija like no man business, come dey here dey form like say de tin dey new to me.
You go begin imagne how simple tins like easy access to hot wata, fit make de difference between country wey tins dey work and de one wey still dey struggle to develop. You turn ya switch, light go show. You turn ya tap, wata go flow. And you no dey ever worry say wata stop or light go off.
Two days wey my wata heater no work really make me feel very uncomfortable. Just two days!! And no be like say I don live all my life with wata heater for house. No wonder people here dey ova react anytime when electricity wire cut or thunder storm spoil sometin for transformer. Some people dey act like say dia world don end. Dem no dey fit stand two or three days without light (no mata say for hia, dem "NEPA" dey repair any light problem quick quick).
Comfortable life dey good. If you fit afford am, make you enjoy am. But as you dey enjoy ya comfortable life, make you reflect small and tank God, because ee get odas wey no fit enjoy wetin you dey enjoy. Two days wey hot wata no run for my shower don make me appreciate some tins wey I don dey take for granted.
